OTTO CAP’s World Famous Foam Front Trucker Hats
- High Crown – A taller profile, often seen in classic trucker and streetwear caps
- Seamless foam front panel with lining for enhanced durability and comfort
- Standard Non-Toxic Foam – Specially formulated for embroidery and heat transfers, ensuring it stays crinkle-free for precise, vibrant designs
- 2mm thin rope across the front panel accents the hat
- Mesh back for enhanced airflow
- Premium durable plastic snap closure for a secure fit and easy adjustment
- Terry Cloth Sweatband – Ultra-soft for maximum comfort with antibacterial, anti-odor and moisture wicking properties
- Ideal file types are ai, eps, pdf, and svg vector files.
- All text in vector files should be converted to outlines.
- Acceptable files include psd, png, tif, and jpg. Ideally, these files should be submitted at 300 dpi at actual print size. The higher the resolution, the better. Low resolution files are subject to additional art fees.
- If you are submitting psd files please do not flatten the Photoshop layers. Leaving layers intact makes it much more efficient and increases the quality of the imprint.
- When making an original request or changes please be as descriptive as possible.
- Acceptable digitized embroidery files should be emb or dst (note: dst files are not editable and will be run exactly how they are received; if edits are needed, art fees may apply).
