500-00X Curved Visor Performance 6 Panel Hook and Loop
The Branded Bills 500-00X features lightweight stretch fabric, moisture-wicking technology, and laser-perforated panels for airflow. A water-repellent finish, curved visor, and mid crown complete this performance cap.
MINIMUM ORDER: 12 UNITS PER STYLE

- Fit: Hook-and-loop closure | Stretch-fit | Classic size, one size fits most
- Fabric: 92% polyester, 8% spandex
- Multicam fabric: 50% cotton, 47% polyester, 3% spandex
- Heather Gray fabric: 94% polyester, 6% spandex
- Care: Hand-wash only
UPF 50+ protection excludes perforated areas of the hat.
- Ideal file types are ai, eps, pdf, and svg vector files.
- All text in vector files should be converted to outlines.
- Acceptable files include psd, png, tif, and jpg. Ideally, these files should be submitted at 300 dpi at actual print size. The higher the resolution, the better. Low resolution files are subject to additional art fees.
- If you are submitting psd files please do not flatten the Photoshop layers. Leaving layers intact makes it much more efficient and increases the quality of the imprint.
- When making an original request or changes please be as descriptive as possible.
- Acceptable digitized embroidery files should be emb or dst (note: dst files are not editable and will be run exactly how they are received; if edits are needed, art fees may apply).
